Choosing the right Kegel balls
Size and weight
For your first use, we advise you to opt for a "set" or "pack" (several balls of different weights sold together). You can then gradually increase the weight as your pelvic muscles strengthen. 🏋️♀️
Quality and material
Choose medical siliconeballs , a material that's gentle on the body and easy to clean. Among other things, the product's material helps to guarantee its quality. 👌
Price and availability
These products are available at a range of prices, so are suitable for all budgets.
Packs are most of the time a little more expensive than individual balls. On the other hand, they aremore effective and cheaper than buying several balls on their own.
Don't hesitate to consult online customer reviews to help you choose the right model and brand. A reliable product page usually includes details such as weight, material, detailed product description, delivery options and return policy. 🚦
Where to buy Kegel balls?
You'll find a wide range of products online or in specialist shops. When making your purchase, favour sites that provide clear details on accessories, quality and delivery options. Consult customer reviews for guidance, and don't be afraid to choose brands with the tricolour flag. 🇫🇷
Using your Kegel balls
Are you the proud owner (or about to be) of Kegel balls and now want to know how to use them?
First of all, we'd like to congratulate you on getting to grips with this key aspect of women's well-being.
And now we'll tell you all about it below. ❤️
Preparation and hygiene
Before each use, wash your Kegel balls thoroughly with warm water and mild soap to ensure perfect hygiene. You can also use a cleansing foam specially designed for intimate accessories. Also make sure your hands are clean. 🫧
For greater comfort during use, you can empty your bladder just before you start.
Insertion
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant (compatible with medical silicone) to the ball to make it easier to insert into the vagina. Then gently insert it as you would a tampon.
Recurrence
Initially, you should use the Kegel balls lying down, then you can use them sitting up and then standing up, as the days go by and as you feel them.
Ideally, you should use the Kegel balls every day, as follows:
- The first 5 days lying down
- The next 5 days in a seated position
- The next 5 in a standing position
For a set of three balls and therefore three different weights, repeat the above rule for each weight. ⬆️
If your calculations are correct, full rehabilitation will therefore take 45 days: ✨
Weight 1 = 5 days lying down + 5 days sitting up + 5 days standing up
Weight 2 = 5 days lying down + 5 days sitting up + 5 days standing up
Weight 3 = 5 days lying + 5 days sitting + 5 days standing
Exercises
Whether you're lying down, sitting or standing, with weight 1, 2 or 3, the exercises are the same every day.
They consist of contracting your perineal muscles once the balls have been inserted.
The different positions and weights will simply help to intensify the muscular work, which will strengthen your muscles even more and increase the effects as the training progresses. 💪
Contract, OK, but how can you be sure you're doing it correctly?
It's a bit like when you contract to stop a flow of urine, stool or gas 😉
Perform simple 5-second contractions, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this exercise for 10 minutes every day.
Don't forget to breathe deeply throughout the workout.
There's no point in doing any more, as this could be counterproductive.
Removing and cleaning
After exercising, gently remove the ball using its removal cord, then wash it before storing it in a clean bag.
Do not use
We advise against using Kegel balls during menstruation and pregnancy, as well as in the event of vaginal infection or injury. ✋
If in doubt, do not hesitate to consult a health professional.

Like sport or any other new routine, regularity of exercise will lead you to faster, more visible results. 🔄
Patience

If you are experiencing discomfort or are post-partum, ask your healthcare professional for advice before starting. 💬
