Parfait, mais mauvaise couleur...

Un cadeau à moi-même pour mon anniversaire : le chouchou et sa boîte! Un vrai pas en avant en matière de self love. Seul bémol, je l'avais commandé en bleu clair et l'ai reçu en bleu. Ce n'était pas clair sur la boîte, mais une fois ouverte plus de retour possible (ce que je comprends!!!). Pas un drame mais j'aimerais que ce soit mieux visible, pour celles qui veulent faire un retour 😁

La texture et le design sont très sympas.
Mais Chouchou manque clairement de souplesse, rigide il ne s'adapte pas à la morphologie de toutes les femmes.
un peu déçue...

Couleur non conforme

Produit conforme à mes attentes. Toutefois, j'ai fais exprès de choisir ce coffret pour pouvoir le commander de la couleur bleu ciel, et il est arrivé bleu foncé... Sans explications. Je n'ai pas compris. Il y avait en plus dans ma commande un tube de lubrifiant supplémentaire, en guide de dédommagement ? Si tel est le cas j'apprécie le geste, mais j'aurais également apprécié un petit mot pour m'en informer... Cela aurait évité ma déception en ouvrant mon colis. Et si c'est bien le cas (simple supposition de ma part, je n'ai pas eu confirmation), il serait bien à ce moment là de retirer la version non disponible de la vente jusqu'à réapprovisionnement des stocks.
Plutôt satisfaite, mais j'ai mis du temps à passer le cap de passer commande, dommage que ce geste de réconciliation avec moi-même soit teinté par la déception...
