We deliver within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France. 🇫🇷

7 working days in Europe.

And between 10 and 12 business days in the rest of the world. 🌎

For all products purchased on our site, you can return them within 14 days if they have not been unpacked, opened, or used (see our GTC). Regarding the vibrator range: Toupie, Coco, Mini Coco, Le Bisou, Chouchou (excluding the Advent Calendar), if you are not satisfied after 30 days from the date of purchase, you can contact hello@puissante.co explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction (this helps us a lot!), specifying your order number to initiate the return procedure and obtain a refund for your purchase (excluding delivery costs). This applies to all purchases made on our site only and excluding packs and promotional periods. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the package, provided the conditions are met.
