We deliver within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France. 🇫🇷

7 working days in Europe.

And between 10 and 12 business days in the rest of the world. 🌎

Regarding the vibrator range: Toupie, Coco, Mini Coco, Le Bisou, Chouchou (excluding the Advent Calendar). If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you can contact hello@puissante.co explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction (it helps us a lot!) and specifying your order number to initiate the return process and receive a refund (excluding shipping costs). This applies to purchases made on our website only.

For all other products, it is possible to return the products within 14 days if they are not unpacked, opened or used (see the Terms and Conditions).

The refund is made upon receipt of the package, if the conditions are met.
